After you've received your mission orders click "Accept Field Op" then go to the Dock. Waddle near the Meteor as shown below. Your EPF Spy Phone should be beeping flashing green, pick it up to continue your mission.
Your mission is to power up the chipset guide your mico battery by the arrows on your keyboard, remember to watch out for traps.
Once you've completed your misson you now earn one medal and a message from Gary.
It reads,
Well done Agent! The power drain device is online, and the Meteor is becoming unstable. Until it's finished, we must be vigilant. Help the police catch criminals, stop Super Villains, and protect the island!
